Graduated with French and Biology majors in 2019
I have been fascinated by the French language and culture since I was a child so majoring in French made sense. After graduating from SSU, I started at the University of Washington, Seattle for my Masters of Library and Information Science. Despite not studying French in a classroom setting, I’m still enjoying French literature and music. The SSU French Department prepared me not only for my graduate program but for life.This program has taught me how to work in teams and confidently do presentations. I have even been able to use my French skills for work by translating archival materials. The SSU French Department has been a wonderful family for the entirety of undergrad and I am thankful for everyone.
